Hahaha, success!

Muahaha, I finally did it! Huhuhu... success is mine! Wakakaka~ feel so happy right now. Wheeee...
For those of you that is wondering what the heck is this, its called deep fried ice-cream.
The pic above is the second try, first try, ice-cream melted, enough said.

you know......it looked more like cekodok to me...To make good fried ice cream, the ice cream needs to be REALLY FRIGGIN sub-zero cold. Not ma-ma tei cold. Keep the ice cream frozen and hard at all times. Prepare a batter of cornflour, milk and egg-yolks. I dont know how to make a thicker crust.....previous attempts are PHAILIURS...lol. THEN onli take ice cream and fast-fast dip in batter and goreng! To avoid overcooked batter, make sure the oil hot-hot and you remove the ice cream when they BEGIN to look golden. Dont wait once you see hints of gold. GET THEM OUT!!!! good fried ice-cream shuldnt be all runny inside. GANBATTE!!!! make some for us k?
